步驟一

先將油缸安裝在支架上,并帶上螺絲(不可擰緊)。并將萬向接頭端安裝于機頭部件,鎖緊后在將配重缸活塞桿擰入萬向接頭。

First, install the oil cylinder on the bracket and tighten it with screws (not to be tightened). And install the universal joint end on the head component, lock it tightly, and then screw the counterweight cylinder piston rod into the universal joint.

精度(垂直度 0.05mm 至 0.1mm 合格后),將機頭下移至行程負極限,然后連接油壓軟管,將氮氣瓶與配重缸連接,確保各接頭鎖緊后,打開氮氣瓶截止閥,(注意:打開閥門時且不可直接旋至最大,應先將閥門把手逆時針旋轉 45 度,間歇十秒左右,再將閥門逆時針旋至 ON)。

First, rotate the valve handle counterclockwise by 45 degrees, with an interval of about ten seconds, and then turn the valve counterclockwise to ON).

以上步驟完成后,待缸體油壓及氮氣瓶內壓力平衡后,即間歇 1-2 分鐘后關閉截止閥,用扳手緩慢松開配重缸上油壓軟管接頭,同時晃動油管,使空氣可快速排出,此刻會有大量白色泡沫溢出,并伴強壓力空氣排出,待泡沫減少直至排出的全是壓力油時護緊管接頭,并確保鎖緊,注意:松開油管接頭時準備好回收排出壓力油的容器。

Note: when loosening the oil pipe connector, prepare a container to recover the discharged pressure oil.

調試說明

安裝完成后,查看系統 Z 軸電機電流負載數值,如果機床 Z 軸往上移動電流負載大往下移動電流負載小,如果兩者電流負載數值之間的差值大于 25%,說明為氮氣瓶壓力過小,需補充壓力;如果機床 Z 軸往上移動電流負載小,往下移動電流負載大,兩者電流負載數值之間的差值大于 25%,則說明為氮氣瓶壓力過大,需泄壓。從而保證機床良好的平衡狀態。

注意事項

截止閥扳手依逆時針緩慢旋轉至 45 度先暫停,用手輕握油管時,會感覺液壓油在管內流動。

拆下 B 螺帽必須使用二支扳手 A 14mm 扳手套在排氣口的六角處支撐;B 17mm 扳手套在螺帽處逆時針轉即可拆下螺帽。

Two wrenches must be used to remove nut B. A 14mm spanner is arranged at the hexagon point of the exhaust gas inlet for support; B 17mm wrench can be removed by turning counterclockwise at the nut.

泄壓步驟2

C 針閥逆時針回轉,用手轉不動時,請用鉗子輕夾銀旋鈕依指示方向轉,B 口會排出氮氣。

If the C needle valve turns counterclockwise and cannot be turned by hand, please gently clamp the silver knob with pliers and turn in accordance with the direction indicated. Nitrogen will be discharged from Port B.

當壓力降至所需要壓力時,C 針閥順時針回轉緊,B 口不再漏氣。(用手轉緊后,依步驟 4 試驗還有再冒泡時,請用鉗子輕夾銀旋鈕依指示方向轉 30°~50°,再行步驟 4)。
